Séjour très agréable. Hotel très propre. Petit déjeuner correct en terme quantité pour un 2 étoiles. Une belle piscine très propre également. Le personnel est très attentionné. Fotini sait prendre soin de ses hôtes. Juste une amélioration possible sur le ménage fait dans les chambres il est parfois utile de le demander et de préciser le réassort dont nous avons besoin et tout sera parfait. Bus à proximité Fira la capitale à 20mn à pied. Merci à tte l'équipe !

Accueil très chaleureux. Faye comme tout le personnel est à l'écoute des demandes et cherche à satisfaire la clientèle. Propreté irréprochable, dans les chambres comme dans la piscine et c'est très agréable. Bon emplacement, Fira est à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds, on peut donc avoir accès à la station de bus facilement. Merci pour ce séjour.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Even though the hotel is beautiful, clean and priced attractively, I only gave it a 4 star rating because it did not meet my expectations in a few areas. The bed was not very comfortable, it was fairly hard. The breakfast, which was included, consisted of only bread, hard boiled eggs and one cereal choice. There are not too many restaurants in the area, but there is a very nice bakery/deli right next door. This hotel, sorry to say, was not one of our favorites.

Originally we booked this hotel for our honeymoon. We thought it was a great deal for the price. Pictures made the rooms look clean, nice pool etc. However when arriving to the hotel we quickly realized that the hotel was a decent hike away from the center of Fira as well as the hotel didn’t have those picturesque views of Santorini you see online. When we realized this, we quickly searched for another hotel. After finding a new hotel, we talked to the staff and explained that we didn’t realize everything was very far away. We stood in reception for about 30 minutes trying to be convinced that this was a beautiful hotel, the walk to Fira was only 10 minutes (it’s closer to 20 and you walk on a major road with a lot of trafffic) and this hotel is in the center of everything, which it’s not. After 30 minutes, the staff could not offer a refund for the stay even though we would not be spending our time at the hotel. Overall, we were disappointed because it seemed like management was pushing us and trying to force us to stay at a hotel we didn’t want to. I can also speak that, this hotel is right off a busy road, next to a local hospital. So If you want the quiet, beautiful views of Santorini everyone sees and loves online, and to be within reasonable walking distance of Fira, don’t stay at this hotel.
