Η διατροφή μέχρι τώρα ήταν εύκολη και ταιριαστή στις ανάγκες μου και έχω ήδη πολύ καλά αποτελέσματα. Πολύ σημαντικό ότι θέλει να ξέρεις, να έχεις αντίληψη για τον τρόπο που διατρέφεσαι και σου δίνει πολύ υλικό για να ενημερώνεσαι. Σκοπός του είναι να χτίσεις έναν νέο τρόπο ζωής και μετά από τη δουλειά που θα κάνεις μαζί του. Τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
 Mr. Kafetzopoulos is highly trained in his work. It gave me information that in many diets I have done so far, I had never heard of. The diet so far has been easy and tailored to my needs and I already have very good results. It is very important that he wants you to know, to have an understanding of the way you eat and he gives you a lot of material to be informed. Its purpose is to build a new way of life after the work you will do with it. I highly recommend it.
