Καλή ποιότητα υλικών, με επαγγελματική προσέγγιση ακόμα και στο food styling. Κάποια ατομικά γλυκά από αυτά που δοκίμασα είναι ωραία, αλλά λείπει κάτι για να τα απογειώσει. Σε αντίθεση με τις τούρτες όπου όποια κι αν δοκίμασα είναι εξαιρετικές σε γεύση και υφή. Ειναι ξεκάθαρα το ατού του μαγαζιού. Beautiful and modern pastry shop with a wide range of pastries and pastries. Good quality materials, with a professional approach even to food styling. Και εννοείται πως όχι μόνο οι τούρτες αλλά και όλα τα γλυκά όπως παστές, προφιτερόλ, σιροπιαστα είναι πάντα φρέσκα και πεντανόστιμα. Είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή. My favorite patisserie. The freshest sweets and the best quality. Cakes are just foam there is no better cake. And of course not only cakes but also all sweets such as pastries, profiteroles, syrups are always fresh and delicious. It is the best choice.

Δεν μπορείς να πουλάς Καθαρά Δευτέρα ένα σωρό ταρτάκια φράουλας τα οποία είναι τόσο μπαγιάτικα, που η βάση τους έχει γίνει σαν χυλός. Φανταστείτε από πόσες μέρες πριν κάθονται στη βιτρίνα. Και αντί να τα πετάξεις, προτιμάς να τα πουλήσεις, για να κερδίσεις 11 ευρώ σήμερα, αλλά να χάσεις ένα σωρό άτομα από τακτικούς πελάτες σου. Λάθη που καμία επιχείρηση που σέβεται τον πελάτη αλλά και τη φήμη που έχει δημιουργήσει, δεν επιτρέπεται να κάνει.
