Good location, new structure, cute pool, cozy rooms .. the only thing that is unwatchable is the bathroom .. ps attention air conditioning is an extra.

Θα το συνηστούσα αναμφίβολα για διακοπές. We have a great time. The pool is fantastic, the people kind and friendly. There is calm, beautiful manicured surroundings. I will strongly recommend that undoubtedly holidays.
T	Trip Into Greece on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπαίνοντας στο booking να κλείσουμε για δωμάτιο είχε 50 ευρώ το βράδυ, μόλις πήρα τηλέφωνο μου είπε η ιδιοκτήτρια ότι η τιμή του είναι αρκετά παραπάνω, μόλις της είπα ότι τώρα ακριβώς βλέπουμε ότι η τιμή είναι 50 μας απάντησε για να δω μάλλον κάτι λάθος βλέπετε, κάνουμε refresh και ξαφνικά άλλαξε και η τιμή του booking εντελώς δια μαγείας, αφού φυσικά δεν πήγαμε, πήρα τηλέφωνο τον άντρα της, συνιδιοκτητης, του εξήγησα τη συμβαίνει μου απάντησε αποκλείεται να το έκανε αλλά ακόμα και 50 να ήταν η τιμή θα σας χρεώναμε ένα 50ρικο στο τέλος για το κλιματιστικό, δεύτερη φορά γράφω το σχολιο, δυστηχως το πρώτο διαγράφηκε κάπως και ίσως γιαυτό σπανίζουν και τα αρνητικά σχόλια. Entering booking to book a room was 50 euros a night, as soon as I got the phone the owner told me that its price is well above, once I told her that we are just seeing that price is 50 she replied to me to see something wrong you see, we do a refresh and suddenly the price of booking is completely magical since of course we didn't go, i called her husband, co-owner, i explained it was happening she replied she could do it but even 50 was the price we would charge you a 50 at the end for the air conditioner, ref Mars once I write the comment, unfortunately the first deleted but nonetheless somewhat scarce and negative comments.

Sarà il nostro punto di appoggio per future visite all'isola! Grazie! We stayed a week on half board: excellent food. Owner helpful and kind. Impeccable cleaning Great for quality / price. C	Caleb Burkey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for one week, food was great, we had half pension. Prices are fair for the food offered. Greek cuisine is also available. The room was cleaned daily, the only downfall to the rooms is the bathroom. They are outdated and lack a proper, enclosed shower. It contains a showerhead and a small area but no curtain. The bed is nice as well as the porch. Rooms contain a fridge and AC. Only downfall is AC costs 7€ per night if you wish to buy it. It however is NOT needed every night. We simply opened the windows while we slept and kept cool enough. We did buy AC on the warmer days and it works great. The location of the hotel is excellent. Between lefkimmi and Kavos there are many restaurants towards Kavos and a small shop with drinks, ice cream and cigarettes up the road. It is called "the kiosk" and is at the junction of the main roads towards Lefkimmi. I would highly recommend Nikos villas, the owners are very nice and accommodate their guests well. Just ask and they will help, taxis, buses etc. They will help!
