★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για το κτήριο που κατασκευάσθηκε στα Μάρμαρα, περί τα τέλη της δεκαετίας του 1990 και προοριζόταν για Παιδικός Σταθμός.
Επειδή, όμως, ουδέποτε συστήθηκε Παιδικός Σταθμός Αιγείρας και το συγκρότημα παρέμενε κενό όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, υπήρχε αίτημα των εκπαιδευτικών και συλλογικών φορέων, προκειμένου να αποσυμφορηθεί το κτηριακό συγκρότημα του Δημοτικού Σχολείου Αιγείρας (όπου συστεγάζονταν από το 1998 Νηπιαγωγείο και Δημοτικό) και να μεταφερθεί στο αχρησιμοποίητο και μεγάλο κτήριο των Μαρμάρων.
Ύστερα, λοιπόν, από αρκετά χρονοβόρες διαδικασίες, το αίτημα αυτό υλοποιήθηκε τον Νοέμβριο του 2014....
This building was built in Marmara around the end of the 1990s and was intended for a Kindergarten.
However, since the Aegira Kindergarten was never set up and the complex remained vacant over the years, there was a demand from educational and collegiate bodies to dismantle the Aegira Elementary School building (where they were housed since 1998 and the Nursery School) in the unused and large Marmara building.
So, after several lengthy procedures, this request was implemented in November 2014 ....
