★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to love this place but the room was lacking. The 'suite' we rented was quite small with nowhere to sit inside. The shower leaked in a way that if you turned up the water pressure too high it would spray water all over the bathroom. The toilet ran constantly and made an annoying whine. Most importantly though, the A/C didn't work! We checked in very late our first night and the front desk closed after our check-in so we reported it first thing in the morning. They took all day to work on it and finally in the evening said they couldn't fix it. They offered to move our room but by then we were so tired and only had that one night left so we stayed. They brought us a fan and said they would refund us one night for all the trouble. Seemed fair enough but then they only refunded 10% of the bill...overall just not the kind of things you want to deal with while you're trying to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here last week and had a wonderful experience. Everyone at this hotel was so helpful and nice. They gave us great recommendations on places to eat, tours to book, and even made us a reservation in Oia so we could eat dinner and watch the sunset. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool and having so cocktails. I definitely recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place to stay. We got picket up from the airport and got a very warm welcome when arrived at the apartments. The apartments are just behind the the strip and the beach (walking distance 20m). Every morking a wide variety for breakfast, very nice people, good sun beds. Also there is a lot to do near by like bars, a open air cinema and the availability for renting a car.
I can recommend this place a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited nissia apartments for the first time for my holidays in Santorini and i have to say that i am pretty pleased about my choice. Everything was prefect for the breakfast till the location of the place and the people that are working. I will definitely visited again next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Our apartment was cozy and very clean. Breakfast is great (although the same every day). Free sunbeds at the beach + free beach towels is a great plus and wifi works great (I had to work so very important to me). The only negative was that our room was never cleaned during the 4 nights we were there. The people at the reception are super friendly, always there to help to order a taxi, give advice on where to eat or help you book a tour. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best apartment experience in Santorini! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and funny. The breakfast is just amazing and their drinks also. The apartment was big and very clean all the time. The room service changed the towels and cleaned everything perfectly every day! They have absolutely the BEST gyros in whole Santorini. They were also very helpful if you needed informations about the island and the activities. The pool was very clean and they have a beautiful beach area which is free for the customers of the nissia apartments. A big thank you to the nissia team for our wonderful stay here in Santorini! :-) greetings from Selin & Deren! <3
