Suddenly this year, they decided to don't reimburse my checkup, - never happened in the past, almost same checkup every year!-
'New company policy' applied to all customers, be informed by my insurance advisor. !!!
Finally, and after many email communications and argumentation, they reimbursed me in full. Troubles and time waste, could be avoided, if the NN claim department read my contract, carefully from the beginning, or at least after my 1st email!
Anyway, I hope this, was just a unfortunate event, and will never be happened to any of the NN customers again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the offices are really nice. However their recruiting process is a complete farce. Not only that but they did not even bother to inform within the specified time frame (or ever for that matter) about the outcome. Well we know that we did get the job. Can you at least send out a mass email to all participants? Professionalism people.
