Η ομάδα του μαγαζιού ήταν αμεση, ευγενική, εξυπηρετικότατη, γνώστες του ηλεκτρονικού τσιγάρου. Συγκεκριμένα ο leader του μαγαζιού είναι πιστεύω ο καλύτερος που μπορείς να απευθυνθεις για να μάθεις τα πάντα όσον αφορά το ηλεκτρονικό τσιγάρο! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα να το επισκεφτείτε το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα! Αξίζει! Είναι με διαφορά το πληρέστερο από όσα έχω επισκεφθεί, πανελλαδικά. Αμεσότητα και στοχευμένη ενημέρωση πάνω στις ανάγκες του κάθε πελάτη, αυτό είδα όση ώρα έμεινα μέσα στο κατάστημα. Χαμόγελα και γνώση αλλά και σωστή εξυπηρέτηση... ειναι οι λόγοι που σίγουρα θα με ξανά κάνουν να επισκευθω το Nobacco Shop Χαλκίδας. 5 *** I recently visited the Nobacco Shop in Chalkida and the impression it left on me was amazing. Στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό και με γνώση του αντικειμένου. Πήγα για έναν φορτιστή και πήρα αυτόν που μου πρότειναν, καθώς ταίριαζε καλύτερα στις ανάγκες μου. Nobacco products are known, quality and certified, though in different categories priced in prices in my opinion. At this shop the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the subject. I went for a charger and got the one they suggested me, as it fit better to my needs.

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από την κοπέλα, επαγγελματισμός σε όλο του το μεγαλείο! Διαβάζοντας τις κριτικές των παρακάτω "ανθρώπων" διαπιστώνω ότι μόνο προσωπικά κόμπλεξ έχουν και το δείχνουν με σεξιστικά σχόλια προς έναν άνθρωπο που κάνει με απίστευτη χαρά τη δουλειά του. Ίσως και να εργάζονται σε αντίπαλες εταιρείες και έχουν βάλει στόχο να κατηγορούν άλλα καταστήματα και ανθρώπους που δεν τους φταίνε σε τίποτα. Αυτοί οι Έλληνες φασίστες ντροπιάζουν τη χώρα.
