★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8:30 κάνουμε την καθιερωμένη παραγγελία μας όπως και κάθε εβδομάδα.
9:40 δεν ήρθε ακόμη το παιδί. Παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσουμε τι συμβαίνει και πότε θα είναι έτοιμο να έρθει. Μας λέει το παιδί ότι κατέγραψε λάθος αριθμό, του λέμε δεν υπάρχει θέμα, στείλτε μας ξανά την παραγγελία.
10:00 έρχεται το παιδί, και μας δίνει του καφέδες. Αυτό είναι το Freddo Cappuccino που μας έφεραν.
Τους καλέσαμε ξανά και ξανά. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να ο manager να μας πει ότι δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για το αποτέλεσμα.
Πραγματικά λυπάμαι που δεν ξέρετε να δούλεψε!
8:30 we place our standard order as every week.
9:40 the child has not come yet. We get a phone call asking what is going on and when it will be ready to come. The child tells us that he recorded a wrong number, we tell him there is no issue, send us the order again.
10:00 the child comes, and gives us his coffees. This is the Freddo Cappuccino they brought us.
We called them again and again. The result was that the manager told us that he was not responsible for the result.
I'm really sorry you did not know it worked!
