★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster. Go Blue Star Ferries . Employees laughing at my because they overbooked my ferry (that I booked two months prior) . Girl ripped up my tickets in front of me. Downtown Santorini. Literally every worker there wouldn’t make it at a local McDonald’s .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Were travellers from a different country went to buy Ferry tickets to Crete. The lady that helped us just asked are names took are money and gave us tickets to a part of Crete that was two hours from are destination. We found out later that we could've taken a ferry 9 mins from it. Three women travelling alone in a foreign country had to find transportation. Horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This boat ride was great. The staff was friendly, the view on the sea was great. It was cold in the spring, but still nice. The food was good. This was for the 5 hour Caldera tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collected my Seajet tickets from this agency. I wonder why they had to charge a fee? Seajet states on my receipt no collection fee or Seajet should just use e-tickets at this day and age. It is funny why I should arrive at least an hour early to queue at this agency and wait for the ferry to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were forced to collect and print our ticket for 2 Eur. It was not mentioned in advance. There were 3 people in the agency, one of the girl was eating, the other girl was rolling her sigarette. The last person took care of us 2 min after his chat with his colleague. Not to recommend.
