We are resting at the moment. Nice apartment. Perfect cleanliness. The plumbing is not modern, but everything works fine and everything is in good condition. Everything you need for living is there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, just take a knife and a corkscrew with you. Perfect location. Shops, car rental and bus stop are all very close. There is a swimming pool, but we do not go to it because it is 3 minutes walk to the sea. The nearest beach is one of the best in the vicinity. The owner of the hotel is a very helpful person, only good impressions are left from communication. Recommend this hotel for a holiday

Great apartment at an affordable price! Very pleasant and ready to provide assistance upon first request - the owner is Kostas. Our flight was delayed by 3.5 hours: late at night Kostas was waiting for us in a coffee shop on the first floor. I took them to the apartment on the 4th floor, explained how the equipment works, showed what / how to turn it on, left a business card with Contacts. If you have any questions, Viber answers very quickly. Wi-fi, air conditioning - was included in the tour price from the tour operator. Everything in the apartment is clean and fresh, curtains, towels, bed linen, no foreign odors the plumbing is not new, but everything works fine, no problem, hot water was always available. The bathroom is provided with liquid hand soap and toilet paper. There is everything you need in the kitchen: from cutlery to dish detergent and a new, wrapped washcloth. There was enough tableware for cooking: plates of different depths, glasses, a knife, different pots, a ladle and a frying pan. Everything works, there were no complaints or problems at all. Very convenient location: across the road is the beach, to the right / left are various establishments, cafes, coffee houses, shops and supermarkets. There is no elevator, the stairs are steep, but for the guests of the uppermost floor, there are personal terraces with stunning views, personal sun loungers and a seating area (table and chairs) - under a personal key! Advice: do not leave any food items on the table in the apartment - ants come out of nowhere. There is a pool with sun loungers for residents free of charge, open until 20:00. Recommend!
