Ανταποκρίνονται άμεσα όποτε τους χρειάζομαι, μου προτείνουν τις καλύτερες λύσεις στη σχέση ωφέλειας / κόστους και το πιο σημαντικό, συνεχίζουν την υποστήριξη και μετά την πώληση.
Τέλος, καταφέρνουν να είναι πάντα ευγενικοί και φιλικοί (ακόμα και κάτω από συνθήκες πίεσης).
Πραγματικά, χαίρομαι να συνεργάζομαι μαζί τους !
I have been working for years with the company because she really cares about her customers and "builds" long-term collaborations. They respond quickly whenever I need them, suggest the best value for money / most importantly, and continue to support after-sales support.
Finally, they manage to always be polite and friendly (even under pressure).
