Locates in an old traditional house, keeps low prices and hosts many different actvities. This period up to the end of the month hosts a painting and fotography Exibitions of this local community.
Exarheia is the capital of Graffiti in the capital of Greece, an the most famous place in Athens also because of fringe people who are in the also famous little square in the centre of the place. Around the square are many cafe and bars, some of them very low price.
Also in square and around in the streets you may find of illegal substances (oh oh that... smells!!!)
In the centre of the Athens, near of the Univvercities, one remarkable hangout

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a self-run social project. The establishment is it very modern and it provides basic drinks and alcohol at nearly cost price.
It also provides Social Services completely free - e.g dance, music, web development, Tai chi, Yoga, live social and music events etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A self-managing multi purpose place in the heart of Exarcheia neighbourhood. Cheap drinks and coffee, live events, free teaching of various subjects mostly related to arts. Old building, lacking heating during winter. Some times very crowded. Students are the most frequent visitors.
