Για μια απλή υπόθεση μεταβίβασης επικαρπίας γονικής παροχής χρειάστηκαν έξι μήνες, για την οποία απλά συνέταξε το συμβόλαιο, καθώς όλα τα έγγραφα χρειάστηκε να τα προσκομίσουμε εμείς από διάφορες υπηρεσίες. Κυριολεκτικά δε πήγε ούτε μία μέρα χαμένη και μέσα σε 10 μέρες (και παρά τις δυσκολίες λόγω των περιοριστικών μέτρων) υπογράφηκαν τα συμβόλαια και ολοκληρώθηκε η μετεγγραφή στο υποθηκοφυλακείο. Εκτός από τον ίδιο τον αγοραστή (ο οποίος πρέπει να ολοκληρώνει τα γραφειοκρατικά στις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες), ο συμβολαιογράφος είναι το κεντρικότερο πρόσωπο σε όλη τη διαδικασία αγοραπωλησίας ακινήτου. Την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Η συνεργασία μαζί της ήταν άψογη! Flawless professional, very effective and substantial. Πολύ AKΡIBH χωρις να το αξίζει. Υ.Γ.: 1.)Μικρές διορθώσεις στο κτηματολόγιο δεν λες την αδυναμία κατανόησης μέχρι και για το που πρέπει να μπει μια σφραγίδα.Δεν συζητώ για όλα τα άλλα. 2)Προκαταβολική εξόφληση θέλατε δηλαδή;; χαχαχα Και γιατί δεν μιλάμε για 3 ευρώ που λυπηθήκατε να δώσετε σε ένα courier για την αποστολή συμβολαίων μου στο κτηματολόγιο έπειτα από δυο βδομάδες που έπρεπέ να πιέζω για την αλλαγή του συμβολαίου μου , αφού κιόλας ΕΙΧΕ ΠΛΗΡΩΘΕΙ η <<κυρία>>, ας μην αναφερθώ καν στο ΠΕΤΑΜΑ του καθυστεριμένου συμβολαίου ΚΑΤΩ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΕΞΩΠΟΡΤΑ της πολυκατοικίας μου από την ίδια χωρίς καν να με ενημερώσει τηλεφωνικά. 2 years running and a simple parental benefit. lack of cooperation and professionalism. Για μια απλή υπόθεση κληρονομιάς πήραμε τα χαρτιά μας πίσω μετά από πέντε μήνες , χωρίς να έχει γίνει η παραμικρή πρόοδος και ενημέρωση. Τα ίδια χαρτιά που από κτηματολόγιο και δικηγόρο γίναν δεκτά και έτρεξε κανονικά το ζήτημα μας, εδώ κολλήσαμε Inconsistent and without any willingness to help.
