★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ και 2 βδομάδες δεν έχουν modem router κάθε μέρα μου λένε θα έχουμε άυριο μας κοροϊδευουν απαράδεκτοι!!!
For 2 weeks now they have not had a modem router, every day they tell me we will have a mockery of us tomorrow, they are making fun of us !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά... Μηδενική εξυπηρέτηση πληρώνεις για κάτι που δεν αξίζει και δεν αντιστοιχεί στις παροχές του ΣΥΜΒΟΛΑΙΟΥ. Κανονικά θα έπρεπε η εταιρεία να κλείσει το κατάστημα και να διώξει τους υπαλλήλους. Είναι εκεί μόνο για να παίρνουν τα λεφτά του κόσμου και να χρεώνουν χωρίς την έγκριση του κάνοντας συμβόλαια χωρίς την παρουσία και έγκριση του πελάτη...ΑΙΣΧΟΣ!!!
Unacceptable behavior ... Zero service you pay for something that is not worth it and does not correspond to the benefits of the CONTRACT. Normally the company should close the store and fire the employees. They are there only to take the money of the people and to charge without their approval by making contracts without the presence and approval of the customer ... SHAME !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Χρειαζόμουν νέο ρουτερ, δεν είχαν και ούτε ήξεραν πότε θα έχουν. Ρώτησα αν υπάρχει άλλο κατάστημα Nova στις Σέρρες να εξυπηρετηθω και μου απάντησαν ΟΧΙ. Ντροπή τους. Μαντέψτεεεεε... έχει κι άλλο καταστημα στις Σέρρες και ο κύριος εξυπηρετικοτατος. Και μόλις με χάσατε από πελάτισσα
Not good service at all. I needed a new router, they did not have it and did not know when they would have one. I asked if there is another Nova store in Serres to be served and they answered NO. Shame on them. Guess what ... it has another store in Serres and the main one is very helpful. And you just lost me as a client
