Αν αξιολογούσα μόνο τα παιδιά στην εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα θα έβαζα 5/5. Στα τηλέφωνα και στο τσατ έχουν θέμα, γιατί για να περιμένεις τηλεφώνημα τους μετά από αίτημα, θα περάσει βδομάδα. Παρόλαυτα, στα τηλέφωνα κάνουν ότι μπορούν και είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί (4/5). Στην γραμμή και στην ταχύτητα, δεν είχα τρομερά προβλήματα 4/5. Αυτό που με χάλασε είναι η κατάργηση του 12μηνου προπληρωμένου συμβολαίου. Κάποιος φοιτητής που μπορεί να αλλάζει σπίτια πάνω στις σπουδές του (σύνηθες φαινόμενο), όπως και πόσοι άλλοι που δεν θέλουν να δεσμεύονται με 24μηνες συμβόλαιο ή δεν θέλουν να ασχολούνται με λογαριασμούς κάθε 2 μήνες, βόλευε απίστευτα. Ελπίζω να αλλάξουν στάση ή το ασύρματο ίντερνετ να αλλάξει τα δεδομένα και να είναι αξιόπιστο.

If I only evaluated the children in the service in the store I would put 5/5. On the phones and in the chat they have an issue, because to wait for their phone call after a request, it will take a week. Nevertheless, on the phones they do what they can and are very helpful (4/5). In line and speed, I did not have terrible problems 4/5. What spoiled me is the abolition of the 12-month prepaid contract. A student who can change homes on his studies (a common phenomenon), as well as how many others who do not want to commit to a 24-month contract or do not want to deal with accounts every 2 months, was incredibly comfortable. I hope they change their attitude or the wireless internet changes the data and is reliable.
