Πήγα το ενάμιση χρόνου λαπτοπ μου για μια βλάβη στο ανεμιστηρακι και όταν το πήρα πίσω, συνειδητοποίησα ότι μου χάλασαν το πληκτρολόγιο. Παραδέχτηκαν το λάθος τους και για να το φτιάξουν μου είπαν ότι δε θα πληρώσω την υπηρεσία, αλλά μου ζήτησαν να πληρώσω το κόστος για το καινούριο πληκτρολόγιο κάπου 30€-40€, συμφώνησα αφού ήταν μικρό το ποσό και τους το ξαναπήγα. Μετά από μέρες μου είπαν ότι το μόνο συμβατό πληκτρολόγιο κοστίζει κάπου στα 100€+ τελωνείο και τους είπα ότι αφού είναι δικό τους λάθος και το ποσό τόσο μεγάλο, πρέπει να το πληρώσουν εκείνοι αλλιώς δε θέλω να προχωρήσουμε τη διαδικασία. Αρνήθηκαν λοιπόν και όταν πήγα να παραλάβω ξανά το λαπτοπ μου, συνειδητοποίησα ότι μου έχουν χαλάσει τα ηχεία. Δεν παραδεχτηκαν τις ζημιές τις οποίες προκάλεσαν, με κατηγόρησαν πως το λαπτοπ μου είχε ήδη τις βλάβες αυτές όταν τους το πήγα την πρώτη φορά (λες και αν είχε τόσα προβλήματα θα το πήγαινα μόνο για ένα ανεμιστηρακι), μου έδωσαν ένα ενσύρματο πληκτρολόγιο και με ξεφορτωθηκαν. Μου πρότειναν μάλιστα να μη το φτιάξω γιατί όπως είπαν συμπεριφερεται σα παλιό και μου πρότειναν να αγοράσω καινούριο (λες και έχουμε όλοι την οικονομική δυνατότητα γι'αυτο, δε ξέρουν πόσο καιρό τα μάζευα για να πάρω αυτό το οποίο συμπεριφεροταν σα παλιό) ΜΗΝ ΤΟΥΣ Εμπιστεύεστε ΚΑΘΌΛΟΥ! DO NOT TRUST the computer service store! I went to my laptop for a year and a half for a fault in the fan and when I got it back, I realized that my keyboard was broken. They admitted their mistake and to fix it they told me that I will not pay for the service, but they asked me to pay the cost for the new keyboard somewhere around 30 € -40 €, I agreed since the amount was small and I gave it to them again. After days they told me that the only compatible keyboard costs around € 100 + customs and I told them that since it is their fault and the amount is so large, they have to pay it otherwise I do not want to proceed with the process. So they refused and when I went to pick up my laptop again, I realized that my speakers were broken. They did not admit the damage they caused, they accused me that my laptop already had these faults when I first gave it to them (as if it had so many problems I would only go for a fan), they gave me a wired keyboard and got rid of . They even suggested me not to fix it because as they said it behaves like old and they suggested me to buy a new one (as if we all have the financial means for that, they do not know how long I collected them to get what behaved like old) DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!
