Nice shop with lots of space around and polite owners. Very good appetizers for ouzo, tsipouro or wine at really affordable prices. It's worth going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella taverna (molto "spartana") sulla strada di ingresso a Patrasso. Ricorda quelle osterie italiane alla mano dove si può fare uno spuntino e passare qualche ora giocando a carte e bevendo un buon vinello fresco all'ombra degli alberi.
Non c'è bisogno di ordinare: il bravo e simpatico Christos, per 8-10 € a resta, prepara un assaggio di alcune specialità che troverete nel prosieguo del viaggio o, se state partendo, che vi ricorderanno quello che avete mangiato.
Per non sbagliare, dopo l'arrivo a Patrasso, abbiamo ripetuto l'esperienza anche prima di lasciare la Grecia. Tutto buonissimo.
Nice (very "spartan") tavern on the entrance road to Patras. Remember those Italian taverns in the hand where you can have a snack and spend a few hours playing cards and drinking a good fresh wine in the shade of the trees.
There is no need to order: the good and friendly Christos, for € 8-10 per stay, prepares a taste of some specialties that you will find later in the journey or, if you are leaving, that will remind you of what you ate.
In order not to be mistaken, after arriving in Patras, we repeated the experience even before leaving Greece. All very good.

Christos.il proprietario si è dimostrato molto affabile e cortese.
Abbiamo gustato ottimi spiedini con insalata greca patatine e delle buonissime "frittelle" di zucchine. Al termine del pranzo, accompagnato da bevande e caffè freddo, ci ha offerto anche un buon digestivo e delle arance candite.

We had lunch in this tavern while we waited to embark for Italy.
Christos.the owner proved to be very personable and courteous.
We enjoyed excellent skewers with Greek salad chips and delicious courgette "pancakes". At the end of the lunch, accompanied by drinks and cold coffee, he also offered us a good digestive and candied oranges.
