Originally opened in 2018 by two friends, Sotiris and Gaby, Novak Athens Towers quickly became one of Athens most-popular and well-loved restaurants.

Novak , situated in the heart of Athens on the ground floor of a two building complex called Athens Towers.

Athens Tower 1 is 103 m and 28 storeys high and is the tallest building in country, while Athens Tower 2 has 15 storeys and a height of 65 m.

Open from lunch until late, discover a place which blends industrial grit with modern Art deco flair.While an outdoor terrace is perfect for aperitivo, the best seats in the house are inside: upholstered couches and chairs in emerald green and deep orange velvet are cosy settings for guests to ensconce themselves.

Combining a blend of mediterranean and international cuisine.From Japanese starters and freshest raw seafood to carefully sourced grilled meats and ﬁsh our chefs use both traditional and cutting-edge techniques along with seasonal and fresh ingredients to transport you to all over the world.

Sunday Brunch jazz performances will entertain you in the main restaurant. whilst Thursday to Saturday our resident DJ play popular sounds in our Bar & Lounge.

I highly recommend the pumpkin soup 5 Stars Second time: So after my great first time I went again and had a less pleasant stay. The service was painfully slow and forgot to bring ordered cocktails. The meat I had was great but the pasta from my partner felt barely cooked. 2 stars Overall 3

Don’t expect any spectacular views although the location makes it up with a really tasteful loft like interior. The high ceilings compensate for any missing rooftop panorama. If you are visiting the place by car the nearby parking lot is your livesafer. Keep it up guys!

The decor is beautiful, the food and wine excellent but most of all, the owner is a charming man and seems to oversee everything morning, noon and night. We had dinner there and brunch the following day, both wonderful meals and we will certainly revisit when next in Athens.

Elegance and Manhattan chic Hipster Industrial combo interiors with warm and friendly yet professional and high end service. The food, the drinks and everything you eat or drink here is amazing and made with a narcissistic love. The plates look and taste amazing plus, the cooking is light and the chef is willing to meet your preferences. Highly recommended.
