The best in its field !! Flawless professional and above all next to the customer! He tries to identify the problem, listens and is interested in the needs of the dieter and gives the best solutions! I highly recommend it! Amazing!

I could eat a great variety of food and in a satisfactory amount for my hunger (and my cravings!)! She helped me a lot and explained, extremely patiently, the procedures that our body follows and why we should eat in a healthy manner. Highly recommended without any second thoughts.
Η Κυρια Ταπινη ειναι η καλύτερη διατροφολόγος που μπορείτε να βρείτε στην Ελλάδα. Προσπαθεί πραγματικά να προσαρμόσει το πρόγραμμα της διατροφής ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του ''ασθενούς''. Το διατροφολογιο μου περιειχε μεγάλη ποικιλία φαγητών και σε ικανοποιητική ποσότητα για την πείνα μου (και την λαιμαργια μου!!)! Με βοήθησε πολύ και μου εξήγησε, εξαιρετικά υπομονετικά, τις διαδικασίες που ακολουθεί το σώμα μας και γιατί πρέπει να τρώμε υγιεινά. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Mrs. Tapini is the best nutritionist you can find in Greece. He really tries to adapt the diet plan according to the needs of the "patient". My diet contained a wide variety of foods and in sufficient quantity for my hunger (and my greed !!)!
