Salami and Lukaniko
Both well made in small own butchery.
Quality i say!
No unlimited amounts from big companies.
Owners wife still sells herself and is proud of her products and the history.
The prices are still reasonable against these kind of salamis in the center- tourist-shops.
The Salami is sold in 3 ways.
1.) Salami with whole black pepper inside fresh from the String airdried 1 month storeable.my suggestion...
2.) Salami sealed in vacuum with whole black pepper airdried 3 month storeable
3.) Salami sealed in vacuum with ground black pepper airdried 3 month storeable
.
4.) Lukaniko or lets say something like raw Bratwurst for BBQ , pan or cooking. Fresh/ in vakuumpack from the fridge. Short shelflife.
All Worth to try, and especially no tourist ripp off
