★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα από αυτούς ένα vw Golf tsi μου το παρουσιάζουν ως άριστο με βιβλίο σέρβις κτλ το αυτοκίνητο είχε γίνει επισκευή κινητήρα κακήν κακός και φυσικά το έχω πληρώσει χρυσάφι , αντλίες νερού, θερμοστάτες, επισκευή κινητήρα γιατί έκαιγε λάδια καί πολλά άλλα.
Και φυσικά δεν αναλαμβάναν καμία ευθύνη.

I bought a vw Golf tsi from them, they present it as excellent with a service book etc, the car had a bad engine repair and of course I paid for it with gold, water pumps, thermostats, engine repair because it burned oils and much more.
And of course they did not take any responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από έξι μήνες πήραμε ένα ford focus c-max από την εν λόγο εταιρεία. Όταν το πήγαμε σε μηχανικό το αμάξι ήθελε μια αλλαγή τσιμούχας διότι έχανε λάδια την οποία πληρώσαμε εμείς
επίσης δεν είχε καθρέπτη οδηγού όπου μετά από πολλά τηλεφωνήματα τελικά το πήγα και μου έβαλαν έναν της κακιάς ώρας ( των 10 ευρώ ).
Μέσα στους έξι μήνες που έχουμε το αμάξι έχει παρουσιάσει τα έξεις.
Α) το ντεπόζιτο νερού του ψυγείου τρύπησε και έγινε αντικατάσταση με νέο
Β) Καμένη φλατσα στο καπάκι του κινητήρα με αποτέλεσμα να χάνει νερά το αυτοκίνητο και να πρέπει να συμπληρώνεις συνεχώς παραφλου.
Γ) χαλασμένη αντλία λαδιού . άναβε σε χαμηλές στροφές όταν ζεσταινόταν το αυτοκίνητο η ένδειξη λαδιού και ας είχε το αυτοκίνητο λάδια.
Δ) η εξαγωγή αέρα του κλιματισμού ( δεξιά εκ των 2 στο κέντρο) είναι βουλομένη
Δεν θα αναφερθώ σε άλλα προβλήματα..
Προφανώς και ο τεχνικός έλεγχος που κάνουν πριν πουλήσουν ένα αυτοκίνητο είναι ….
Ξέρω φταίω και εγώ που το πήρα.
Μακριά λοιπόν όσο ποιο μακριά μπορείτε. Μην πλησιάσετε καν.

Six months ago we got a ford focus c-max from that company. When we took it to a mechanic the car wanted a seal change because it lost oils which we paid for
it also did not have a driver's mirror where after many phone calls I finally went and they put one of the bad time (of 10 euros).
In the six months we have the car has presented the six.
A) the water tank of the refrigerator was punctured and replaced with a new one
B) Burnt flame on the engine cover, as a result of which the car loses water and you have to constantly refill.
C) damaged oil pump. lit at low speeds when the car was warming up the oil indicator and let the car have oils.
D) the air conditioning air outlet (right of 2 in the center) is clogged
I will not mention other problems ..
Obviously the technical inspection they do before selling a car is….
I know it's my fault I got it too.
So as far as you can. Do not even approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been disappointed with an unhelpful and arrogant attitude from a few dealers before I came across Ntounis, I had almost lost faith in finding a company I could trust.
From the moment I walked into the Ntounis I was treated as a valued customer and I knew I would buy one of their cars straight away. My initial impression proved to be correct as they went above and beyond to personalise my chosen car with lots of extras of my choosing and they provided this service for free (I paid directly for the parts but they organised everything at no extra cost to me). This is the high level of customer service that I had been looking for but failed to find until I cam across these guys. Dimitri deserves a special thank you as he was amazing and even arranged extra parts for me when he was away on holiday with his family in August. He sorted my insurance for a very low price as well, basically he took all the stress and bother away from me!
Thanks to Mr Ntounis, Billy and Dimitr..I'll be back soon for my next car!
