Είχα κάνει την παραγγελία μέσω ίντερνετ και σε ελάχιστο χρόνο ήδη ήταν έτοιμη. Φιλικό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Το συνιστώ για αγορές ανεπιφύλακτα. Very good shop. Με παραπλανητική εικόνα πώλησης του ενός προϊόντος το οποίο αναφερόταν σε διαδικτυακή κάμερα (web) μου έδωσαν μόνο τη βάση της κάμερας ισχυριζόμενοι ότι πάλι έκαναν λάθος... Εγώ περιμένω τώρα την επιστροφή των χρημάτων που πλήρωσα με κάρτα για την παραγγελία από την τράπεζα και το σημαντικότερο μια εβδομάδα μετά δεν έχω το προϊόν το οποίο είχα παραγγείλει για να κάνω τη δουλειά μου....Στην κρίση σας.... With product availability 1-3 days they made my delivery 6 days later. With a misleading image of the sale of a product that referred to a webcam, they only gave me the base of the camera, claiming that they were wrong again ... most importantly a week later I do not have the product I had ordered to do my job .... At your discretion ....

Τώρα μετά από μόνο μια χρήση χάλασε και λένε ότι ο κατασκευαστής δεν δίνει εγγύηση! They sold me a defective product in a damaged package. At the store from the store I asked if it has a warranty and they assured me that it has one year. Now after only one use it breaks down and they say that the manufacturer does not give a guarantee!
A	Asterios Liamos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειχα παραλάβει απο το εν λόγω κατάστημα ενα φορτιστη για laptop τον Μάϊο του 2020, στα κσλα καθουμενα μετά απο 4 μήνες βραχικυκλωσε, επικοινωνησα μαζί τους για να αναφέρω το προβλημα.Έστειλα με δίκη τους χρέωση της κούριερ τον φορτιστη και το καλώδιο του. Μετα τον έλεγχο απο την αντιπροσωπεία κσι πάροδο περιπου 10 ημερών παρέλαβα έναν καινούργιο φορτιστή και ενα καινούργιο καλώδιο. Επαγγελματίες ποτ προσέχουν τον πελατη τους. Συγχαρητηρια .Θα υους ξαναπροτιμισω σε μελλοντική αγορά . I had received a charger for a laptop from this store in May 2020, while I was sitting in the hut after 4 months it was short-circuited, I contacted them to report the problem. After checking by the dealership for about 10 days I received a new charger and a new cable. Professional pots take care of their customer. Congratulations. I will prefer you again in a future market.
G	George Batzakakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλά κι εξυπηρετικά όλα τα παιδιά! Πήγα το λάπτοπ μου Δευτέρα πρωί και με ενημέρωσαν ότι χρειάζονται 2-3 μέρες ώστε να με ενημερώσουν για το πρόβλημα. Πέμπτη απόγευμα, ενημερώθηκα ότι η βλάβη είχε διορθωθεί. Σε καιρούς κορονοϊού που οι παροχές υπηρεσιών κινούνται με τους δικούς τους νέους ρυθμούς, όχι μόνο ανταποκρίθηκαν στο πρόβλημά μου γρήγορα και τήρησαν τις 3 μέρες που έδωσαν ως timetable διάγνωσης του προβλήματος, αλλά το επιδιόρθωσαν κιολας. Το εν λόγω λάπτοπ το χρησιμοποιώ για τη δουλειά μου, οπότε είναι ζωτικής σημασίας για μένα. Τους ευχαριστώ και πάλι! Ελπίζω να συνεχίσουν έτσι κι αχρείαστοι να'ναι. Very good and helpful all the children! I went to my laptop on Monday morning and they informed me that it takes 2-3 days to inform me about the problem. On Thursday afternoon, I was informed that the fault had been rectified. In times of coronation when service delivery is moving at its own new pace, not only did they respond quickly to my problem and kept the 3 days they gave as a timetable for diagnosing the problem, but they did fix it. I use this laptop for my work, so it's vital to me. Thanks again! I hope they continue to be unnecessary.

Sometimes they don't have any links at all. Saved me 6 (or more) clicks and precious time! The employees at the shop are really helpful, even though I kept them 5 minutes after their end of shift to receive my order. Something missing sometimes in Greece. Made another order at the same time. Having worked over 12 years in customer care of some kind, I know when a place has potential for greatness. Keep it up!
