★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't miss this place! The lab is amazing with such a talented and generous family. Dimitri makes the most beautiful olive wood items and his sister Georgia is a fabulous food scientist. The olives, olive oil, and balsamic vinegars are all tremendous. Their products are exceptional and their engagement with their customers is excellent. Again, DON'T MISS THIS STOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Olive goods and product store , factory and lab . Wonderful products and interesting olive production process expertly explained by a perfectly English fluent person , Georgia ( I am not sure of my spelling ).
Felt very welcome at this olive processing factory located in the midst of an olive grove.
There is a small store attached to the factory . At this store you can sample all manner of olives, olive oils , lotions , creams and soaps ----all derived or incorporating olive oils.
I highly recommend stopping here on the way south or north , since it is located directly off of the major road to Southern Corfu
Allow about 3/4 of an hour or so for a visit here.
Plenty of parking once you make your way down the short steep drive.
Final take--Go and learn about olives and the various products.
