Καίγομαι να βγάλω φωτοτυπίες γιατί την επόμενη έχω το πολυπόθητο ραντεβού με την Δημόσια Υπηρεσία που περιμένω βδομάδες. Στέκομαι στην ουρά έξω από το βιβλιοπωλείο της γειτονιάς μου, αυτό που πάντα προτιμώ είτε για φωτοτυπίες είτε για να αγοράσω ό,τι χρειάζομαι. Γιατί αν δεν πας στις γειτόνισσες πού θα πας; Κάνω μπαμ ότι περιμένω για φωτοτυπίες, έχω τα χαρτιά στα χέρια. Η ιδιοκτήτρια εξυπηρετεί κανονικότατα στα 30cm απόσταση την κοπελίτσα που έχει έρθει με την μαμά της να ψωνίσει μαρκαδόρους για την χειροτεχνία που της έβαλα η καθηγήτρια Ιχνηλασιας και Γκραβούρας. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πηγαινοφέρνει, ευγενική όπως πάντα καμια 20αριά προϊόντα χωρίς κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα που τα αγγίζουν αμφότερες. Το ίδιο συνέβη και με προηγούμενο πελάτη που ψώνιζε καλούδια. Φτάνει η σειρά μου. Ζητάω δυο φωτοτυπίες και μια εκτύπωση. Και ακούω το μυθικό: ''α, φωτοτυπίες απαγορεύεται να βγάζουμε''. Την εξηγώ ότι τα φωτοτυπικά είναι κλειστά εδώ και μέρες, κοιτάζουμε και οι δυο πιο κάτω στον δρόμο, το φωτοτυπικό κάνει μπαμ ότι δεν έχει φώτα, εκείνη επιμένει ότι είναι ανοιχτά. Και σήμερα να μην είναι, θα είναι αύριο! Μα εγώ αύριο το πρωί στις 9 πρέπει να είμαι στην δημόσια υπηρεσία. Καίγομαι. Κκαι τι μου απαντάει η εκλεκτή γειτόνισσα; ''Δυστυχώς, δεν μπορώ. Γιατί κι εγώ πια, ΠΟΣΟ ΝΑ ΠΑΡΑΝΟΜΗΣΩ;;;'' Προφανώς τόσο ώστε να αποφέρει κέρδος, είναι η απάντηση. Γιατι ο ιός κόλλαγε με τα δικά μου χαρτιά, που φόραγα και γάντια, γιατί θα την έπιανε η αστυνομία αν δυο λεπτά μου έβγαζε δυο φωτοτυπίες ΕΝΩ ΔΕΝ ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΕ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ ΑΛΛΟΣ, αλλά όταν δίνουμε και παίρνουμε είδη ζωγραφικής είναι όλα αγγελικά πλασμένα. Εφυγα καθιδρη από το άγχος. Εννοείται ότι τα φωτοτυπικά ήταν θεόκλειστα. Εννοείται ότι πήγα στο άλλο γειτονικό βιβλιοπωλείο, που ως τώρα σπάνια τιμούσα με την παρουσία μου και οι άνθρωποι, όχι μόνο με εξυπηρέτησαν, αλλά μου επέτρεψαν να μπω και μέσα, αν το επιθυμούσα, που δεν. Είχε χαλάσει το σχεδιαστήριό μου και το έφτιαξαν, έψαχνα υλικά για σχέδιο και είχαν τα πάντα!!! Awesome and prompt service !!!! Noble staff, absolutely helpful !! They have helped me a few times !! Αντιμετωπίζουν τον πελάτη πάντα με ευγένεια και κάνουν αυτή την έξτρα προσπάθεια που τις ξεχωρίζει από τα άλλα βιβλιοπωλεία. Μετά από 20 χρόνια συνεργασίας δεν θα τις άλλαζα.
