oh man i remember this one time, there was an AO right on top of this little town that was beating the hell out of our base, but we eventually took the area by marching in. air support kept getting shot down by enemy AA. came to eat here afterward.

When meat will only do, sry no other choice in Summer regardless of what the menu has. So if you like meat tgis is the place to go.

The best tavern ever. Three generations working there and made your visit memorable. I will not comment on the food. You have to try.

Excellent meat tavern, great portions and the quality was amazing! Do not leave without trying the lamb ribs and the pork pancetta. Also, choose their semisweet rose wine!

Well-known among locals for it's good quality of meat all cooked on a BBQ. During winter you can also find traditional greek' s cuisine plates.

Been to this place again a few years back feels like nothing had changed. Probably the best meet you can have on this island made with love and caring. Even on the busiest day like Easter the service and the quality of the food was excellent. We ordered a bunch of food including some burgers, some ribs and the best of the best the "kontosouvli" that's how we call it. You should definitely come here in the summer too. You can sit outside in this amazing village Square in the night and enjoy food. The have many fairs here with music and the guys from The taverna take the barbeque outside and grill all the meat right next to the square. Then they have live music and everyone dances until the late night hours. They play all types of music even sone traditional which you can enjoy watching or even participate if you like. Local wine and of course freezing cold beer is served. This place is the center of this village. Definitely will go back and back again to this place. We even shot a part of a documentary here a few years back. Hopefully more and more people will cone back to this place on this amazing island of limnos. A swim to the nearby sea and then a good meal here at Meraklis and then some sunset walk in Myrina which is close by its all you need to have a good summer day!
