Μπήκα να πάρω παπούτσια για την κόρη μου ζητώντας το νούμερο 24, όταν το είδα κατάλαβα αμέσως ότι είναι μεγάλο και ζήτησα το 23, με έπεισαν ότι το 24 είναι ιδανικό για την ηλικία της κόρης και ότι σίγουρα θα της κάνει, τους ρώτησα αν μπορώ να το αλλάξω σε περίπτωση που δεν της κάνει και αν το έχουν διαθέσιμο σε 23 και με διαβεβαίωσαν πως υπάρχει και να μην ανησυχώ...την άλλη κιόλας μέρα πήγα να το αλλάξω και δεν υπήρχε (προφανώς από την αρχή δεν υπήρχε αλλά ήθελαν να το πασάρουν και να με δεσμεύσουν με αγορά). Μετά από διαπληκτισμό μαζί τους μου είπαν να διαλέξω άλλα παπούτσια (κάτι που δεν με ενδιέφερε αλλά δεν είχα άλλη επιλογή προκειμένου να μην χάσω τα χρήματα μου!) Τους ζήτησα να μου πουν ποια παπούτσια είναι στην ίδια τιμή και μου είπαν να διαλέξω όποια θέλω ανεξαρτήτως κόστους...παρ'ολα αυτά ότι παπούτσι μου άρεσε δεν το είχαν στο νούμερο που ήθελα (έδειξα 5 σχέδια) και εν τέλει μου δείξανε αυτοί τα παπούτσια που είχα στο νούμερο που επιθυμούσα (όλα κατώτερης διαλογής από αυτά που είχα επιλέξει αρχικά)...εν κατακλείδι κατέληξα σε παπούτσι απλά για να φύγω και όταν έφτασα σπίτι διαπίστωσα ότι το παπούτσι που πήρα κόστιζε πιο φθηνά από αυτό που είχα διαλέξει αρχικά αλλά εννοείται πως δεν έγινε κανένας υπαινιγμός περί αυτού από την ίδια την πωλήτρια και συνεπώς δεν έλαβα την αντίστοιχη χρηματική διαφορά! Indifferent service! I went in to get shoes for my daughter asking for the number 24, when I saw it I immediately realized that it is big and I asked for the 23, they convinced me that the 24 is ideal for the daughter's age and that she will definitely do it, I asked them if I can change it in case it does not and if they have it available at 23 and they assured me that it exists and not to worry ... the other day I went to change it and it did not exist (obviously from the beginning it did not exist but they wanted to pass it and commit to buying me). After arguing with them they told me to choose other shoes (something I was not interested in but I had no other choice so as not to lose my money!) I asked them to tell me which shoes are at the same price and they told me to choose the one I want independently cost ... nevertheless that I liked a shoe they did not have it in the number I wanted (I showed 5 designs) and in the end they showed me the shoes I had in the number I wanted (all lower grade than the ones I had initially chosen). ..in conclusion I ended up with a shoe just to leave and when I got home I found that the shoe I got was cheaper than the one I had originally chosen but of course there was no hint about it from the seller herself and therefore I did not receive the corresponding financial difference!

I ordered via the internet..a great variety..I wanted a change in the number..they were very kind and helpful..both on the phone and up close !!

Μ	Μαχη Νταμπου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο μαγαζί.Απορο για τον κόσμο που το στηρίζει.Μου πούλαγε παπούτσι για την κόρη μου στα 39€ ενώ στο Σκρουτζ το είχε η ίδια στα 22€.Κατανοητό να το έχει πιο χαμηλά για να ανταγωνιστεί αλλά μαγαζιά στο ίντερνετ αλλά όχι και 17€ διαφορά.Αυτο για μένα είναι κλεψια Unacceptable shop. Poor for the people who support it. She sold me a shoe for my daughter at 39 € while in Scrooge she had it at 22 €. Understandable to have it lower to compete but online stores but not 17 € difference.This to me is theft

Η εξυπηρέτηση του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος ήταν παραπάνω από άψογη , μακράν καλύτερη ακόμα και από μεγάλες αλυσίδες , πεπειραμένες στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών . Ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση και αποτελεσματικότατη εξυπηρέτηση I can only comment positively at the moment. The online store service was more than impeccable, far better even than large chains, experienced in customer service. Human approach and very efficient service
