★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are British tourists, quite unusual in Arta, and came across this place which is about 15 mins walk from our hotel (Arta Palace).
They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and gave us great food and nice conversation. It's a locals' restaurant and it was great to see both young and old people enjoying food and conversation in a relaxed environment. It made us reflect on our sometimes chaotic lives in the UK.
They are lucky to have such a great place to eat great food and relax. We had giros wraps and salad as we only wanted a small meal but they do of course have full meals. Their house white wine is great. Golden coloured and honeyed. The metaxa drink was a nice surprise and very unusual. I would have it again. Thank you and best wishes. Hope to see you again.
