Περίμενα μια ώρα για παραγγελία που έκανα μέσω του thelvsouvlakia.gr και όταν τους πήρα να δω τι γίνεται μου μίλαγε ένας ασυνείδητος στον ενικό και με φωνή, ενώ προσπαθούσα να βρω άκρη γιατί δεν τους πήγε μέσω του site αφού είχα κ κωδικό επιβεβαίωσης. Όσο καλά σουβλάκια και να έχεις, αν δεν έχεις τρόπους πελάτες δεν κρατάς!
*Να σημειωθεί ότι ο πρώτος που μου μίλησε στο τηλ ήταν ευγενεστατος και υποθέτω υπάλληλος που απλά προσπαθούσαμε να βγάλουμε άκρη με φωνές/χαμό στο background, με δυσκολία με άκουγε ο άνθρωπος.
Έπειτα, με έδωσε λογικά στον ιδιοκτήτη στον οποίο ήρεμα εξηγούσα ότι δεν υπάρχει λόγος να φωνάζει κ να μου μιλάει στον ενικό αλλά να βρούμε μια λύση. Ε τελικά, δεν παλευόταν και του το έκλεισα

I waited for an hour for an order I made through thelvsouvlakia.gr and when I got to see what was happening, an unconscious person was talking to me in the singular and in a voice, while I was trying to find an edge because it did not go through the site since I had a confirmation code. No matter how good skewers you have, if you do not have ways, you do not keep customers!
* It should be noted that the first person who spoke to me on the phone was very kind and I guess an employee who was just trying to get away with voices / loss in the background, with difficulty the person could hear me.
Then he gave me logically to the owner to whom I calmly explained that there is no reason for him to shout and talk to me in the singular but to find a solution. In the end, he did not fight and I closed it to him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η τοποθεσία που δίνεται στον χάρτη δεν είναι ακριβής, και έπρεπε να ρωτήσω δυο περαστικούς ώστε να μου πουν ότι είναι από την πίσω πλευρά από την ένδειξη στον χάρτη. Στο efood κατά τις 19.30, υπήρχε αναφορά για προϊόντα που περιέχουν χοιρινό (σουβλάκι χοιρινό, τυλιχτό χοιρινό κτλ.), αλλά όταν πήγα στις 20.30 περίπου, ενώ κανονικά κλείνει τα μεσάνυχτα δεν υπήρχε ίχνος από χοιρινό προϊόν, και μου είπαν ότι κλείνουν. Παραβλέπω την δυσλειτουργία του απορροφητήρα με την κάπνα σε όλο το μαγαζί, και τις φωνές μεταξύ των ψηστών, ενώ περίμενα να τελειώσουν μπροστά μου τις διαμάχες τους. Έντονο ύφος και ομιλία σε ενικό προς πελάτη. Κατέληξα να πάρω κοτόπουλο τυλιχτό, το οποίο ήταν αρκετά καλό μιας και είναι το μόνο που σώζει λίγο το μαγαζί παράλληλα με τις χαμηλές τιμές.
