Παω εκεί και νου λενε ότι ο υπάλληλος που εχει αναλάβει την αίτηση σας είναι διακοπές και τον περιμένω να γυρίσει!!! Και οι υπόλοιποι εκει μεσα ολη μερα ξύνονται.. Κοντεύουν 2 εβδομάδες από όταν θα έπρεπε να έχει καταβληθεί το ποσό της παράτασης του επιδόματος ανεργίας και ακόμη δεν ξέρω τι γίνεται. Γιατί προφανώς τα τηλέφωνα είναι κατεβασμένα μόνιμα και οι απαντήσεις στα email όποτε και αν τύχει. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί παίζουν με τόση ευκολία με τις ζωές των ανθρώπων και γιατί δεν περνάνε από τακτικές αξιολογήσεις μπας και εκτιμήσουν ότι έχουν δουλειά. Unacceptable employees with unacceptable behavior. It is almost 2 weeks since the amount of the unemployment benefit extension should have been paid and I still do not know what happens. Because obviously the phones are permanently downloaded and the answers to the emails whenever it happens. They never pick up the phone, when you go from there they do not want to serve you and they have unacceptable behavior towards the people.
