Σε κάθε περίπτωση παίρνω τηλέφωνο για μήνες και δεν μπορώ να βρω κανέναν. Λυπάμαι για αυτό το επίπεδο της εξυπηρέτησης. I am almost certain that someone picked up the phone and hung it in my face, because I heard an office sound and speech. In any case I get a phone call for months and I can not find anyone. I'm sorry for this level of service.

Εδώ στον οαεδ της Κέρκυρας η εξυπηρέτηση είναι απαράδεκτη περιμένοντας ατελείωτες ώρες στο τηλ. Κέντρο χωρίς αποτέλεσμα..Πρεπει να λέμε ευχαριστώ κ μπράβο σε ανθρώπους που δεν βαριούνται να δουλέψουν στο δημόσιο. I spoke to a lady whose name I unfortunately did not ask for. He picked up the phone immediately and served me directly. Here in oaed of Corfu the service is unacceptable waiting for endless hours on the call Center without result..We have to say thank you and well done to people who are not bored to work in public.
Α	Αρετη Τριανταφύλλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποτέ δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα, καμιά επικοινωνία,απαράδεκτοι, ούτε ερώτηση να τους κάνουμε, όλα γίνονται ηλεκτρονικά σηκωστε ένα τηλέφωνο να βοηθήσετε τον κόσμο!!!! Τραγικοί!!!! They never pick up the phone, no communication, unacceptable, no question to ask them, everything is done electronically pick up a phone to help people !!!! Tragic !!!!

There is really no service, I have been calling every day for 2 weeks at the times listed (08: 00-13: 30) and no one has answered.

Παρόλο που στη σελίδα του oaed.gr αναφέρεται η επιλογή να καλέσουμε την υπηρεσία 8:00-13:00, ΔΕΝ ΑΠΑΝΤΑ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ ΤΟ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΟ... Φυσικά όσοι έχουν γνωστό, όπως με ενημερώνουν άλλοι επαγγελματίες, εξυπηρετούνται άμεσα... In a difficult period, they continue to not serve as they should. Although the page of oaed.gr mentions the option to call the service 8: 00-13: 00, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE ...
