Ατελείωτες ουρές, κόσμος σε ανάγκη και οργάνωση τριτοκοσμικής χώρας...!!! Αντί να καταπολεμήσουν την γραφειοκρατία την κάνουν όλο και πιο έντονη!!!! Οι υπάλληλοί προσπαθούν , κάποιοι, φιλότιμα...αλλά δεν φτάνει μόνο αυτό!!! Unfortunately, this service is no exception to the rule of the Greek state ... !!! Endless queues, people in need and organization of a third world ... !!! Instead of fighting bureaucracy they are making it more and more intense !!!! Employees try, some, kindly ... but that's not enough !!!

Είχα προφανώς κλείσει ραντεβού στις 11:25 μέσω του e-EFKA (το κακό είναι ότι δεν απάντησαν στο αρχικό email, γι'αυτό χάνουν και ένα αστερι). Υπήρχε κόσμος που περίμενε απέξω, αλλά επειδή είχα ραντεβού πέρασα αμέσως στο γραφείο . Εκεί υπήρχε αναμονή περίπου 10-15 λεπτά, γιατί εξυπηρετούσε μόνο ένας υπάλληλος. Στις 11:48 είχα τελειώσει με αυτό που ήθελα. Φοβόμουν για αναμονή ωρών, αλλά τελικά ήταν κάτω από μισή ώρα. Πάντως στα αρνητικά ως προς το κτήριο θέλω να προσθέσω ότι για όποιον ανεβαίνει με τις σκάλες θα προσέξει ότι ο πρώτος όροφος είναι χωρίς φως, και έπρεπε να ανοίξω φακό. I went on October 30, 2020 for an AMA version. I had obviously made an appointment at 11:25 via e-EFKA (the bad thing is that they did not respond to the original email, so they lose a star). There were people waiting outside, but because I had an appointment I went straight to the office. There was a wait of about 10-15 minutes, because only one employee was serving. At 11:48 I was done with what I wanted. I was afraid to wait for hours, but in the end it was less than half an hour. However, to the negatives regarding the building, I want to add that for anyone who climbs the stairs will notice that the first floor is without light, and I had to open the lens.

ΜΙΟΝ ΕΠΤΑ ΑΣΤΕΡΙΑ ΟΣΟ ΚΑΙ ΟΙ ΜΗΝΕΣ ΠΟΥ ΜΟΥ ΈΚΑΝΑΝ ΤΟ (ΧΑΤΗΡΙ) ΝΑ ΠΑΡΩ ΜΙΑ ΒΕΒΑΙΩΣΗ ΕΝΣΗΜΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΜΕ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΑΝ ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ ΓΡΗΓΟΡΑ!!! Τους άφησαν όλους να περιμένουν (χρόνια) για να με εξυπηρετήσουν λες και με ήξεραν και από χθές! Καλά το τηλέφωνο χτυπάει αλλά έχουν τόόόόόόόσο πολυ δουλειά που σπάνια το σηκώνουν. Ειμαστε για κλάματα αθάνατη Ελλάδα δεν πρόκειται να φτιάξη πότε το Δημόσιο. Α μην ξεχάσω μια με δυο φορές την εβδομάδα τους ενοχλούσα προσωπικά γιατί δεν σήκωναν το τηλέφωνο. One star is required. ONLY SEVEN STARS AND THE MONTHS WHO MADE ME (CATHERINE) TO RECEIVE A MESSAGE CERTIFICATE AND SERVED VERY FAST !!! They let them all wait (years) to serve me as if they knew me yesterday! Well the phone rings but they have so much work that they rarely get it. We are for the immortal crying Greece is not going to make when the State. Don't forget once or twice a week I personally bothered because they didn't pick up the phone.
