M	Myrtan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορασα φιλτρο νερου για το εξοχικό γιατί είχαμε πολλά άλατα και κουβαλούσαμε πολλά μπουκάλια εμφιαλωμένου. Απορω γιατι δεν εχει καθιερωθει σε ολη την επαρχια ... Γλιτώσαμε απο την ταλαιπωρία, το έξοδο και την ρύπανση των εμφιαλομένων! Δεν γνωριζα τιποτα για το σύστημα αλλα με καθοδήγησαν από την Οασις σε καθε σταδιο. Πολυ φιλικοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Μεχρι που προσφέρθηκαν να μου το στείλουν με κούριερ αυθημερόν. Η εγκατάσταση ηταν απλη και το σύστημα ειναι συμμαζεμένο και καλαίσθητο. Πίνω πολύ καλό νερό. Πολυ ευχαριστημένη! Και στην αρχή με βοήθησαν να επιλέξω τον σωστό ψύκτη και κάποια στιγμή από κεραυνό που κάηκε κάποια ασφάλεια, μου έστειλαν τεχνικό από το σέρβις την επόμενη μέρα και μου το έφτιαξαν δωρεάν, και τέλος όποτε έχω παραγγείλει μπουκάλες για τον ψύκτη, μέσα σε 2 μέρες έχω παραλάβει. Το μηχάνημα νερού άψογο! Βγάζει πολύ κρύο νερό ασταμάτητα όλη τη μέρα και δεν ακούγεται καθόλου. Ο κόσμος πίνει όσο νερό θέλει και εμείς δεν ασχολούμαστε καθόλου, ούτε να τρέχουμε να βάζουμε νέα φιάλη στον ψύκτη ούτε να κάνουμε παραγγελία σε μπουκάλες για να μην ξεμείνουμε, ούτε τίποτα... Έχω να πω ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στην εταιρεία γιατί και στην αρχή με βοήθησαν και αγόρασα έναν πολύ καλό ψύκτη, αλλά και σήμερα το επίπεδο καθαρισμού του ψύκτη από τον τεχνικό ήταν πολύ υψηλό. Πέραν του ότι μου έκανε τον ψύκτη σαν καινούριο, εργάστηκε και με πολύ επαγγελματισμό. Με τα γάντια του, τις μάσκες του, να μου προσέξει τον χώρο κλπ. Μπράβο και πάλι μπράβο! Μου είπε ότι δεν ήθελε να έχει καμία υποχρέωση ούτε στην αγορά νερού ούτε στην συντήρηση του ψύκτη ούτε πουθενά, ώστε να αυτονομηθεί και κάνει την χρήση που θα τον βόλευε. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι ξεκίνησα την έρευνα και δεν ήξερα που να ψάξω και τι να προσέξω. Έτσι, επικοινώνησα με τις πρώτες εταιρείες που είδα στη Google και έπεσα και πάνω στην όασις. Στα πρώτα 2 λεπτά κατάλαβα από τον τρόπο που με προσέγγισαν ότι τελικά θα πάρω από εκεί τον ψύκτη. Οι άνθρωποι ήταν τόσο εξυπηρετικοί και με όρεξη να με βοηθήσουν, που με κέρδισαν αμέσως. Κατάλαβαν τι έψαχνα και μου πρότειναν τελικά ένα ψύκτη νερού βρύσης (χωρίς μπουκάλα εμφιαλωμένου), που μου έλυνε τα χέρια σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Τέλος στην αγορά και αποθήκευση νερού, τέλος στις υποχρεωτικές παραγγελίες νερού και συντηρήσεων, τέλος σε όλα. Με τον ψύκτη βρύσης με φίλτρο θα είχα καθαρό νερό, οικονομία και αυτονομία, αυτό ακριβώς που έψαχνα!!! Σας ευχαριστώ για την εξυπηρέτηση, καλές δουλειές! Τα παιδιά στην εταιρεία ήταν πολύ ευγενικά, με ενημέρωσαν άψογα και με βοήθησαν πολύ να πάρω την απόφασή μου. Κατέληξα σε ένα πολλαπλό φίλτρο νερού κάτω πάγκου που καθαρίζει τα πάντα. Χλώριο, αμίαντο, ιούς, λάσπη μυρωδιές.... Πλέον πίνουμε απίστευτο νερό. Η αφορμή για να γράψω σήμερα την κριτική ήταν ότι ήθελα να αλλάξω την βρύση του φίλτρου και ήρθε ο τεχνικός την επόμενη μέρα της κλήσης!!! Μπράβο στην oasis, είναι υπόδειγμα επαγγελματισμού.
