Η	ΗΡΩ ΓΟΥΡΕΛΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φαντάζομαι ότι είμαι ο πιο δύσκολος πελάτης σε έναν οδοντίατρο πονάω χωρίς να με ακουμπήσει, πνίγομαι με το καθρεφτάκι, με τον αναρροφητηρα. Μισώ τους οδοντιάτρους γιατί τους επισκέπτομαι από 12 χρονών. Κάποια στιγμή μπήκε στη ζωή μου η Μαρία τυχαία. Στην αρχή μου δημιούργησε μία οικειότητα ίσως γιατί τη γνώριζα από μικρό κοριτσάκι από το τένις, χωρίς να ξέρω οτι έχει γίνει οδοντίατρος, έτσι κάθισα στην καρέκλα της και διαπίστωσα την υπομονή της ,το καλο της τρόπο, την καρτερικότητα της, την τεχνική της, την άριστη δουλειά της. Με είχε εντυπωσιάσει σαν αθλήτρια για την επιμονή της και την υπομονή της αργότερα που ήμουνα πελάτισσα της μου έκανε εντύπωση ότι παρόλο που είχε το πτυχίο της συνέχισε τις σπουδές της. Πήγαινε κάθε πρωί στο πανεπιστήμιο και τα απογεύματα εργαζόταν ως αργά. Ξέρετε τα δόντια δεν έχουν ημέρα που θα χαλάσουν ή θα σπάσουν, ούτε ώρα. Έτσι μία Κυριακή πρωί την πήρα τηλέφωνο να της πω ότι έσπασε ένα μπροστινό μου δόντι και φυσικά έτρεξε αμέσως στο ιατρείο της να με εξυπηρετήσει. Αυτό εγώ που έχω τόσα χρόνια προβλήματα με τα δόντια μου το θεωρώ πάρα πολύ σημαντικό! Το να σε καταλαβαίνει ο γιατρός σου και να προσπαθεί να σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα και να μη φοβάσαι είναι ίσως το πιο σημαντικό για έναν ασθενή. Θα μπορούσα να μιλάω ώρες για τη Μαρία δεν θέλω να γίνω κουραστική θέλω να πω επίσης οτι η κατανόηση της είναι τεράστια όχι μόνο για τις ιδιοτροπίες του πελάτη αλλά και για την οικονομική του κατάσταση. Οι τιμές της είναι πολύ προσιτές και μπορεί να σου κάνει και ευκολίες πληρωμής δείχνοντας σου την εμπιστοσύνη που της δείχνεις και εσύ. Παντρεύτηκε το Μαράκι μας με έναν υπέροχο άνθρωπο, έγινε και μανούλα και συνεχίζει να δουλεύει το ίδιο οργανωτικά το ίδιο επίμονα, με την ίδια συνέπεια, με τον ίδιο χαρακτήρα, με την ίδια υπομονή. Στο τέλος ενώ μου είχαν πει 40ευρω μου ζήτησαν 50. Οποιος θελει να πάει να το ξανασκεφτει! Forgivingly unacceptable. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα όλη την ομάδα γιατί έμεινα ενθουσιασμενος!! All the scientists on the team are amazing and wonderful people. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό της γραμματείας , ένα ακόμα συν ο πολυ προσεγμένος , καθαρός κ όμορφος χώρος που δεν θυμίζει το «κλασικό οδοντιατρείο»!
