Πάντα καθαρός ο χώρος ,αποστειρωμένα όλα πριν μπει ο ασθενής . Τα εξηγεί όλα αναλυτικά ότι απορία έχεις. Και ευγενέστατη με χαμόγελο πάντα και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει .
