β β β β β This was such a lovely place to stay. We will be back next year for sure.
Its far enough out that you feel secluded from the town but close enough that you can get to the restaurants at night and stroll about town too.
The views are just stunning to wake up to every morning.
We had our own dedicated area outside our apartment and the pool and bar area are super lovely too, as is the host who goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay.
We walked 15-20mins to a gorgeous beach called Minimata with plenty more just down the road from the first beach stop.
Highly recommended :-) Enjoy Ithaki!
Note: We didn't have a car and don't mind walking everywhere ;-)

β β β β β We had such a wonderful stay here. The apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable with AC. The view from the hotel over the bay in Vathy is absolutely stunning. The kitchen facilities are simple but we cooked a few meals on them easily enough. In the larger family apartment (sleeping 6) there is no balcony or designated outdoor space but there was plenty of space by the pool/bar to hang out. The staff are lovely and could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Horrible stay, completely disorganised (did not accept credit or debit card and did not inform us from the beginning -they only said that they wanted cash only for the deposit and not the whole stay (or bank transfer). Very minimal facilities, no hot water, A/C was hardly working. Avoid at all costs, the only thing that was worth it was the view. Wifi extremely slow (even though they tell you otherwise. Owner /manager was rude and arguing with residents.

β β β β β Very bad communication, unacceptable attitude towards customers. Management left had written notes under our (and other customers) doors reminding us we have to pay CASH ONLY. No debit or credit cards accepted. AC hardly worked. Wifi extremely slow, no hot water available. Rude management. Extremely overpriced facility for what it has to offer. Many residents complaining and arguing with lady in charge. Avoid at all costs.
