★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα μια GPU RTX 3080 Ti στα 1462€ (με MSRP $1200 - αρκετά ανταγωνιστική τιμή για την εποχή) και τελικά λόγω λάθους στην περιγραφή ήρθε μια RTX 3080 (non-Ti - MSRP $700). Εξήγησα αμέσως το λάθος στο κατάστημα αλλά λόγω εβδομάδας διακοπών του μαγαζιού, δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να εξυπηρετηθώ για τουλάχιστον 7 ημέρες.
Το κύριο πρόβλημά μου με το μαγαζί είναι ότι το προσωπικό έπρεπε να γνωρίζει καλύτερα τις τιμές για το κάθε μοντέλο, ειδικά από τη στιγμή που είχα συνομιλήσει τηλεφωνικά με εκείνους πριν αγοράσω και επιβεβαίωσα την τιμή πριν προβώ στην παραγγελία. Επίσης θεωρούσαν την τιμή 1462€ "ανταγωνιστική" για την 3080 non-Ti που μου ήρθε. Πιστεύω χρειάζεται λίγη παραπάνω τεχνογνωσία.
Παρόλα αυτά πιστεύω ότι το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης ήταν ικανοποιητικό λαμβάνοντας υπόψη και τις συνθήκες (περίοδος διακοπών).
I ordered a GPU RTX 3080 Ti at € 1462 (with MSRP $ 1200 - quite a competitive price for the season) and finally due to an error in the description came an RTX 3080 (non-Ti - MSRP $ 700). I immediately explained the mistake to the store but due to a week off from the store, there was no way I could be served for at least 7 days.
My main problem with the store is that the staff had to know the prices for each model better, especially since I had talked to them by phone before buying and confirmed the price before placing the order. They also considered the price 1462 € "competitive" for the 3080 non-Ti that came to me. I think we need a little more know-how.
Nevertheless, I believe that the level of service was satisfactory, taking into account the conditions (holiday period).
