Πριν την αγορά τα γυαλιά "δεν σπάνε δεν χαλάνε", μετά την αγορά "αυτά τα γυαλιά είναι ευαίσθητα". Αγενέστατος ο υπευθυνος, όχι τόσο στους πελάτες, όσο προς το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό του καταστήματος. Two stars only for the variety and the girls who work in there. Before buying the glasses "do not break do not spoil", after the purchase "these glasses are sensitive". The person in charge is very polite, not so much to the customers, but to the rest of the staff of the store.

Π	Παναγιώτης Παπαθανάσης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ αγενέστατοι, αντιεπαγγλεματίες και καθόλου βοηθητικοί.Πραγματοποίησα μία αγορά η οποία προοριζόταν για δώρο από το κατάστημα της Ηλιούπολης προ καραντίνας και κάλεσα σήμερα ( καθώς επρόκειτο να ανοίξουν τα μαγαζιά σε λίγες μέρες) να ρωτήσω εάν γίνεται αλλαγή προϊόντος διότι δεν άρεσαν στο άτομο για το οποίο τα είχα αγοράσει και πλέον μπορούσα να τα επιστρέψω από κοντά. Να σημειώσω πως τα γυαλιά ήταν αφόρετα και άθικτα.Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν απαράδεκτη. Πρώτον κάλεσα τουλάχιστον πάνω από πέντε φορές καθώς το άτομο που με εξυπηρέτησε μου έλεγε κάθε φορά θα σας καλέσουμε και θα σας καλέσουμε και αυτό δεν συνέβαινε ποτέ . Μετά από επαναλαμβανόμενα τηλεφωνήματα καταλήξαμε στο γεγονός ότι τα γυαλιά δεν μπορούν να επιστραφούν επειδή αγοράστηκαν πριν από ένα μήνα. Καμία λογική. Αγοράστηκαν ναι μεν πριν από ένα μήνα , αλλά εδώ και ένα μήνα είμαστε σε καραντίνα. Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που είχα ποτέ από κατάστημα οπτικών. Τέλος να προσθέσω ότι παρόλο την ποικιλία οι τιμές είναι άκρως απαγορευτικές. Εν κατακλείδι , η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν απαράδεκτη και στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δεν υπάρχει σεβασμός προς τον καταναλωτή. rude, anti-professional and not at all helpful. Μακριά παιδιά, υπάρχουν κι άλλα με καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Sour employee, rude with false excuses. In contact with the boss ... one of the same. He does not let you speak. Κ	ΚΑΛΛΙΟΠΗ ΠΑΠΟΥΤΣΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προχθές 21/12/2021 επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα ΟΦΘΑΛΜΟΣ στην Κεντρική πλατεία της Ηλιούπολης, προκειμένου να δώσω τα γυαλιά οράσεως που είχα αγοράσει από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και σε διάστημα τριών χρόνων είναι η 3η φορά που σπάει ο βραχίονας. Όταν το ανέφερα ο ιδιοκτήτης αρνήθηκε ότι τα είχα πάρει από το κατάστημα και παρότι του ζήτησα να ψάξει στο Η/Υ να διαπιστώσει ότι έχει γίνει από εκεί η αγορά και οι επισκευές, συνέχιζε να επιμένει, να φωνάζει και να αρνείται!!. Συμπεριφορά επιεικώς απαράδεκτη σε πελάτη . Πήγα τα γυαλιά για επισκευή σε άλλο κατάστημα και στοίχισαν τη μισή τιμή που έδινα στο συγκεκριμένο για τις επισκευές. Όχι μόνο πανάκριβοι αλλά και αγενέστατοι με κακής ποιότητας προϊόντα !!!! The day before yesterday 21/12/2021 I visited the OPHTHALMOS store in the Central Square of Ilioupoli, in order to give the eyeglasses that I had bought from the specific store and in a period of three years it is the 3rd time that the arm breaks. When I mentioned it, the owner denied that I had taken them from the store and although I asked him to look on the computer to find out that the purchase and repairs had been made from there, he continued to insist, shout and refuse !!. Behavior forgivingly unacceptable to a customer. I went to the glasses for repair in another store and they cost half the price I gave to the specific one for the repairs. Not only very expensive but also very generous with poor quality products !!!!
