★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά επαγγελματία. Αγόρασα προϊόντα 140.84 ευρώ ( γυαλικά, πιάτα & κούπες) Ζήτησα τιμολόγιο και αρνήθηκαν γιατί λέει ήταν Μ. Παρασκευή, το προσπέρασα και αγορασα τα προϊόντα με απόδειξη. Γυρνώντας σπίτι άνοιξα τα πράγματα και μια κούπα αξίας 9 περίπου ευρώ είχε σπασμένο το ξύλινο χερούλι. Εγώ Έδωσα τα πράγματα στον ιδιοκτήτη να κανει αμπαλάζ στα ευθραυστα, τα πήρε στο πίσω μέρος του ταμείου. Δεν τα τύλιξε σωστά και μου παρέδωσε τις τσάντες όπου δεν μπορούσα να δω τι έχει κάνει. Όταν τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα να τους ενημερώσω, η απάντηση ήταν μάλλον εσείς την σπασατε από Εμάς έφυγε εντάξει.
Δεν αφήνω σε αυτό το κατάστημα ούτε 1 ευρώ, δεν είναι τόσο η Αξία της κούπας αλλά της συμπεριφοράς των ιδιοκτητών. Αντιεπαγγελματιες!!!
Unacceptable professional behavior. I bought products for 140.84 euros (glassware, dishes & mugs) I asked for an invoice and they refused because it says it was Good Friday, I passed it and bought the products with a receipt. Returning home I opened the things and a mug worth about 9 euros had the wooden handle broken. I gave the things to the owner to pack in the fragile, he got them in the back of the box. He did not wrap them properly and handed me the bags where I could not see what he had done. When I called the store to let them know, the answer was probably you broke it from Us it left okay.
I do not leave even 1 euro in this store, it is not so much the Value of the cup but the behavior of the owners. Unprofessional !!!
