★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψάχνοντας τον Σεπτέμβριο μήνα του 2020 για αγορά ενός διαμερίσματος, είδα ένα στον Δήμο Δάφνης - Υμηττού που το είχε αναρτημένο το συγκεκριμένο μεσιτικό γραφείο.
Έδωσα προκαταβολή, υπογράφοντας το νόμιμο έντυπο που ονομάζεται "αρραβώνας", το οποίο ετοίμασε το συγκεκριμένο μεσιτικό γραφείο, και μάλιστα μετά από προτροπή του μεσίτη έδωσα προκαταβολή 2000€, ενώ εκ των υστέρων έμαθα ότι συνηθίζεται να δίνει ο αγοραστής 1000€ για το ποσό αγοραπωλησίας με το οποίο θα αγόραζα το διαμέρισμα.
Το διαμέρισμα δεν μου το πούλησε τελικά ο ιδιοκτήτης και δεν μου επέστρεψε και την προκαταβολή που είχα δώσει. Ο δε μεσίτης δεν μου συμπαραστάθηκε καθόλου, παρόλο ότι με είχε διαβεβαιώσει ότι ο πωλητής είναι γνωστός του.
Έχασα τα χρήματά μου, τον χρόνο μου και υπέστην και ψυχική φθορά. Προσοχή σε ποιο μεσιτικό γραφείο απευθυνόμαστε...
Searching in September 2020 for the purchase of an apartment, I saw one in the Municipality of Dafni - Ymittos that was posted by the specific real estate office.
I gave an advance payment, signing the legal form called "engagement", which was prepared by the specific real estate agency, and even at the urging of the broker I gave an advance payment of 2000 €, while afterwards I learned that the buyer usually gives 1000 € for the purchase amount with which I would buy the apartment.
The owner did not sell the apartment to me and did not return the deposit I had given. The broker did not support me at all, although he had assured me that the seller knew him.
I lost my money, my time and suffered mental damage. Attention to which real estate agency we are addressing ...
