Mariza has more than 20 years experience in the Tourism industry, covering key positions in Hotels’ operations.
She started her career as Account Manager in the Advertising industry. Successively, she worked for Starwood Hotels and Resorts as Assistant Financial Controller and later on as Total Revenue Manager. She was in charge for the compliance of Astir Palace with the Brand Standards of “The Luxury Collection” and “The Westin”. During the bidding process of appointing a new international hotel operator for Astir Palace, she was responsible for providing financial reporting to the Bank of America and HVS.
Her role at OIKON Hospitality focuses on Room Revenue and F&B Revenue as well as Marketing strategy, Systems integration and Operating procedures.
