Αν και νέα ενοικος στα κτίρια της oikotrust εχω βρει ένα πληρες διαμέρισμα που καλυπτει όλες τις ανάγκες ενός φοιτητή με αρτιες εγκαταστάσεις. Σε ιδανική τοποθεσια δίπλα στα πανεπιστήμια αλλά και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Είμαι αρκετά ικανοποιημένη με την αντιστοίχιση υπηρεσιών τιμής.Συνιστώ την εταιρεία ανεπιφύλακτα! Η εμπειρία μου μέχρι στιγμής είναι εξαιρετική!

I had a good stay at Oikotrust. Rooms are okay for students. I recommend to take one of the upper-level apartments directed to the street as these have nice balconies. Heating, Wi-Fi and hot water worked all fine. Great location close to all the student and Erasmus-activities.

This company is scamming their renter. For every future Erasmus please do not rent rooms from Oikotrust. That’s how it went for me. I found the rooms online . You get a tiny room for 380 euros , which is totally overpriced for Thessaloniki. I was back in my home country and saw a video from the room(In the video it looks different than it actually is). After that I was supposed to transfer the deposit to the company which I did. I found another room which was cheaper and 10 times more worth it and asked for my deposit back since I had not signed anything. They told me they cannot return my deposit and I will have to wait till they find another tenant. I didn’t understand because I had not signed the contract. Since I did not want to loose my deposit I took the room and signed a contract (which was in Greek, and I do not speak Greek). After moving I heard that somebody was living in my room before and she wanted to leave desperately as well(but why did they tell me that they need to find a new tenant when they already had one). I had a finnish roommate and she was in the same situation.She felt the room was totally overpriced. It smelled really mouldy and had very thin walls. For 380 euros you can get a really nice room in an apartment in Thessaloniki. I told Oikotrust that I really want to leave (the Finnish girl wanted to leave too), but Oikotrust told me if I leave I will not get my deposit back. But I had not damaged anything the room. Anyway a place like this should not exist and every Erasmus student who rents these rooms is being scammed. I will take this to every Erasmus forum and make sure how much a rip off this place is.
