★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband left a review a few days ago and now I just leave my review. Please do not miss this restaurant if you are in Athens. I was hesitant to say that because I would hate for the place to get overrun and change what this place is but this place is to wonderful not to share it. I absolutely adore the owner and the staff. Wonderful people and perfect food. There is nothing I would change about anything of this place or the food. We are so in love with this place that out of 6 days here in Athens we are here on 3 of them. Honestly, we only went to other places because we wanted to try them but this place beats them all! Try the Chicken Soup! Soooo yummy! I just can’t put into words the way her cooking tastes. I cried because I felt like when my grandma used to cook for me. Let this place feed your soul. ❤️

Well...it's a world class soup... not too fancy or too sophisticated, but just the way soup should taste. Herbs, salt and vegetables in the perfect blend, conected with some type of meat of your choice. Simple and delicious...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time in this typical Greek tavern, located inside “Les Halles” of Athens. The welcome is perfect and the service fast. We ate a traditional Greek soup, fava, fresh fish with rice and meatballs with spiced vegetables, it was divine! An unmissable address off the beaten tourist track. We highly recommend and will return next time! Congrats ! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so glad we found this place! Absolutely delicious fish soup, super fresh fish with potato. The fish and potato dish, probably the best thing I ate in Athens. Hit the spot!!!The people there were so friendly the chef and even the other people there helping us in English and recommending different dishes.

The gentleman there that greets the customers is also hilarious and super friendly; he’s also part of the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A restaurant that serves perfectly delicious food in a place one would never expect. It has a feature that looks as if it is hidden in the middle of the meat and fish market. The food is really very tasty. I definitely eat at this restaurant every time I come to Athens since 2016. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The ambiance of the restaurant is strangely calming and peaceful. If you come to Athens, definitely do not return without eating at this restaurant.
