★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone should have a local restaurant that's hidden away from the main drag where the food and service are always perfect. This is my place for fish and seafood in Athens proper. Excellently prepared stuffed sardines, perfectly cooked octopus and calamari, great creative salads, and for carnivores they have a nice selection of grilled meats, too. Good house wine and fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can for a random dinner and we're surprised at how good the food was. Seafood risotto was excellent and the stuffed sardines were very interesting. They gave us some house fruit at the end and it was amazing. It's weird how honeydew melons taste so much more flavorful here.
