★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε φροντίζουν ενώ σε γυμναζουν! Είναι υπέροχες οι δασκάλες κ ασχολουνται με κάθε έναν σχολαστικά κ με σοβαρότητα.
 They take care of you while they train you! The teachers are wonderful and they deal with each one meticulously and seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικός χώρος σε εξαιρετική γειτονιά..εξαιρετικό studio..οι δάσκαλοι τόσο στην yoga όσο και στα μαθήματα pilates είναι εξαιρετικοί, υπομονετικοί και από 'πάνω σου'. Έχουν μεταδοτικότητα στο μάθημα, ΔΕΝ ενθαρρύνουν τις 'ταρζανιές' και κύριο μέλημά τους είναι να φύγεις από το μάθημα υγιής και 'γεμάτος', με τις ενδορφίνες να κάνουν πάρτυ...
Great place in a great neighborhood..excellent studio..the teachers in both yoga and pilates are great, patient and 'above you'. They are contagious in the lesson, they do NOT encourage the 'tarzanies' and their main concern is to leave the lesson healthy and 'full', with the endorphins having a party ...
