Dai reperti presenti si può capire l’intero processo di estrazione dell'olio d’oliva così come veniva effettuato una volta: dalla molitura delle olive, alla pressatura della sansa, alla separazione per decantazione dell'olio dall'acqua e dalle altre impurità.
This small museum created in an old oil mill restored in 2000 is very interesting. From the exhibits present it is possible to understand the entire process of olive oil extraction as it was once carried out: from the milling of the olives, to the pressing of the pomace, to the separation by decantation of the oil from the water and other impurities.
