★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από κακή εμπειρία από μεγάλη αλυσίδα καταστημάτων που δεν είχε καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και χρόνους παραδόσεις, παρήγγειλα από το κατάστημα σας μετά από ερώτηση που έκανα μέσω τηλεφώνου, παρόλο που μένω εκτός Αθηνών.
Δεν περίμενα ότι θα μου φτάσουν οι καφέδες τόσο γρήγορα (μέσα σε 2 μέρες) και ότι θα υπάρχει τόσο μεγάλη ποικιλία στους καφέδες! Η κυρία με την οποία μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο ήταν γλυκύτατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική!
Θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα! :)
After a bad experience from a large chain of stores that did not have good customer service and delivery times at all, I ordered from your store after a question I asked over the phone, even though I live outside Athens.
I did not expect that my coffees would arrive so quickly (within 2 days) and that there would be so much variety in the coffees! The lady I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and very helpful!
I will definitely prefer you again! :)
