K	Klavdia Papasvili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε ό,τι έχω χρειαστεί μέχρι τώρα, έχω μείνει άκρως ικανοποιημένη. Σε θέμα εξυπηρέτησης, ευγένειας και προθυμίας, μόνο θετικά σχόλια έχω να κάνω . Φυσικά, πάντοτε υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης, γι'αυτό και έβαλα 4 αντί για 5 αστέρια. In everything I have needed so far, I have been extremely satisfied. In terms of service, courtesy and willingness, I have only positive comments to make. Of course, there is always room for improvement, so I put 4 instead of 5 stars.
Α	Αλεξάνδρα Στεφανοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτρια ως κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Κλασικοί δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι που βαριούντε να μιλήσουν. Ειχα ραντεβου στις 07.00 π.μ και ενω ήμουν εκει στην ώρα μου περίμενα την γιατρό 40 λεπτά. Οκ άνθρωποι είμαστε δεν λεω αλλα ρε παιδια ενημερώστε την γυναίκα οτι εχει ραντεβού 7 το πρωι. Εφτασε 8 παρα 20 και μου λεει έχουμε ραντεβού; Οχι ήρθα ετσι απο το χαραμα επειδή δεν είχα τι καλύτερο να κάνω. Το καλύτερο ειναι πως οταν ρώτησα την υποτιθέμενη γραμματεία που ειναι η γιατρός γιατι περίμενα μιση ωρα, μου λένε εεε λογικά θα ερχετε ! Τα σχόλια ειναι περιττά, δεν ξέρουν που τους πανε τα 4. Κρίμα . Moderate to poor service. Classic civil servants who are bored to speak. I had an appointment at 07.00 am and while I was there on time I waited for the doctor for 40 minutes. Ok people we are not saying but guys let the woman know that she has an appointment 7 in the morning. He arrived at 8:20 and he tells me we have an appointment? No, I came that way at dawn because I had nothing better to do. The best thing is that when I asked the supposed secretary who is the doctor why I waited for half an hour, they told me eee logically you will come! Comments are unnecessary, they do not know where they are going. 4. Too bad.
Α	ΑΜΑΛΙΑ ΠΑΠΑΔΑΚΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν εξαιρέσουμε τον κύριο Τοπαλιανιδη, με τους υπόλοιπους γιατρούς έχω απογοητευτεί. Πήγα για το χαρτί εργασίας σε βρεφονηπιακούς σταθμούς, έκανα την εξέταση μαντού, πήγα για να το ξαναδεί, και η πνευμονολογος δεν αναγνώριζε το σημάδι της εξέτασης το οποίο ήταν κυκλωμένο, και επέμενε ότι το σημάδι της εξέτασης ήταν αρκετά παραπέρα στο χέρι όπου με είχε τσιμπήσει κουνούπι...Με έβαλαν να κάνω και ακτινογραφία θώρακος ενώ η εξέταση ήταν αρνητική, και η ακτινολόγος δεν μου υπέγραφε το χαρτί διότι ήθελε και δεύτερη ακτινογραφία θώρακος πλαϊνη.. τόση ακτινοβολία χωρίς λόγο. Ο ψυχίατρος απλά μου ευχήθηκε καλό διορισμό και υπέγραψε το χαρτί χωρίς να με ρωτήσει το παραμικρό. Η μία οδοντίατρος επίσης είναι ατσουμπαλη και αγενεστατη.Για τη γραμματεία δεν το συζητάω καν...ανοργάνωτοι και αγενεστατοι. A	Angela Karaviti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή οργάνωση στα ραντεβού και στην εξυπηρέτηση. Χθες επισκεφτήκαμε την παιδίατρο και Χριστοδουλάκη Βασιλεία και εξέτασε και τα 2 μου παιδιά. Πολύ καλή γιατρός , η εξέταση ήταν λεπτομερής! Γενικά , έχω επισκεφτεί και άλλες ειδικότητες γιατρών τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια και είμαι ικανοποιημένη με την αντιμετώπιση τους και τις γνώσεις τους. Very good organization in appointments and service. Yesterday we visited the pediatrician and Christodoulaki Vassilia and he examined both my children. Very good doctor, the examination was detailed! In general, I have visited other medical specialties in the last 2 years and I am satisfied with their treatment and their knowledge.

L	La Luna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να βάλω κάτω από ένα αστεράκι..Τους κάλεσα σήμερα το μεσημέρι τηλεφωνικά και τους περιεγραψα τα συμπτώματα μου που το κυριότερο ήταν ο υψηλός πυρετός που δεν έπεφτε με ρώτησαν αν έχω κάνει ραπίντ τους είπα ότι κάνω εδώ και 3 μέρες σελφ πρωί βράδυ και ότι έχω περάσει κοβιντ πριν ένα μήνα μου είπαν να πάω από την πολυκλινική χωρίς ραπίντ αφού έχω περάσει κόβιντ φτάνοντας εκεί με 39 πυρετό μου είπαν να πάω στο φαρμακείο να κάνω ραπιντ ενώ και στην τηλεφωνική μας επικοινωνία και όταν έφτασα δεν σταμάτησαν να μου αναφέρουν συνεχόμενα το κόστος των 20 ευρώ ...Το μόνο που τους είπα ήταν ότι θα μπορούσαν να με είχαν πληροφορήσει για το ραπίντ πριν φτάσω στη πολυκλινική και να μην με βάζουν με 39 πυρετό να βγαίνω πάλι στο κρύο....και οι νοσηλεύτριες ή ότι ηταν αυτές οι "κυριες" αγενεστατες αλλά και ο γιατρός ο Κυριακόπουλος απαράδεκτος λυπάμαι ειλικρινά....Στο βωμό του χρήματος ξεπουλιουνται ολα Unacceptable, unfortunately I can not put under an asterisk..I called them today at noon by phone and described to them my symptoms that the main thing was the high fever that did not fall, night and that I had passed Covid a month ago I was told to go from the polyclinic without Rapid after I passed Covid arriving there with 39 fever I was told to go to the pharmacy to do Rapid and in our telephone communication and when I arrived they did not stop telling me continuously the cost of 20 euros ... D	D Xp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα επείγοντα τους ένα τεράστιο ανέκδοτο. 20€ για «επείγουσα εξέταση», καμία ενημέρωση ότι χρειάζεσαι rapid test πριν πας αλλιώς δεν σε δέχονται, αντιπαθητικό προσωπικό, απότομο και με καμία διάθεση για δουλειά. Their urgency is a huge joke. 20 € for "urgent examination", no information that you need rapid test before you go otherwise they do not accept you, disliked staff, abrupt and with no mood for work.
g	gerasimos molfesis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είχα πάει ποτέ στην πολυκλινική. Επρεπε να μεταφέρω εσπευσμένα με πιθανά σοβαρό πρόβλημα κυρία που βοηθά την μητέρα μου στους Θρακομακεδόνες. Διάβασα όλα τα σχόλια εδώ. Ομολογώ οτι ήμουν επιφυλακτικός... Εντυπωσιάστηκα όμως θετικά! 1. Άμεσο ραντεβού τηλεφωνικά την επόμενη σχεδόν ότι ώρα ήθελα. Τηλεφώνησα απόγευμα. 2. Εύκολη πρόσβαση και στάθμευση. 3. Δεν είχε καθόλου κόσμο. 4. Δεν χρειάζεται ράπιντ τεστ πια. 5. Μας έδωσαν οδηγίες στην είσοδο. 6. Πλήρωσα 10€ εισητήριο στο εξυπηρετικότατο ταμείο. 7. Η χειρουργός γιατρός κυρία ΘΕΑΚΟΥ εξαιρετική, προσητή, με υπομονή εξήγησε τα θέματα στην ασθενή με σαφήνεια μετά από πλήρη και ενδελεχή κλινικό έλεγχο. Συγχαρητήρια απο την καρδιά μου! Νομίζω οτι έχει να κάνει με το "που θα πέσεις"... Ήταν μια καλή άμεση λύση που αποδείχτηκε απόλυτα αξιόπιστη. Θα πρέπει να μάθουμε να λέμε και τα καλά του δημόσιου συστήματος Υγείας... Οχι την κρεατομηχανή της απαξίωσης των πάντων... I had never been to the polyclinic. I had to rush with a potentially serious problem lady who helps my mother to the Thrakomakedones. Easy access and parking. 3. It was not crowded at all. 4. No need for a rapid test anymore. 5. They gave us instructions at the entrance. 6. I paid 10 € ticket at the very helpful box office. 7. The surgeon Mrs. THEAKOU excellent, approachable, patiently explained the issues to the patient clearly after a thorough and thorough clinical examination. Congratulations from my heart! I think it has to do with "where you will fall" ... It was a good immediate solution that proved to be completely reliable. We must learn to say the good things about the public health system ... Not the meat grinder of devaluing everything ...
