Everything about it is amazing, the food, the drinks, the location and the fantastic service from Dimitri and Chara. I always look forward to returning for a Cretan Salad and a Makry Mojito - my favourites!

Lovely little beach, attractive views over the bay. Free sunbeds and pleasant swimming.
Good for drinks and snacks
Relaxing atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spend the day arrive for coffee, use the loungers on the Beach, have lunch, use the loungers on the Beech, afternoon aperitif then off to try the various restaurants for an evening meal. Shame they do not serve evening meals. Great hospitality we shall be returning again this year. Thank you for your cordiality and value for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Cafe directly on the beach. We stopped for a coffee, milkshake and ice cream. The service was excellent, coffee nice and home-made fresh waffles (with ice cream) very tasty.
You can also use beach loungers dedicated for cafe guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated right on the beach by the harbour. A perfect location to relax, sunbathe, enjoy an afternoon refreshment and lunch. Dimitri and Xara are the perfect hosts, they always make you feel welcome. Why not call in on an evening to try their cocktails and watch the sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A family business with friendly staff in a good location with a nice view and the atmosphere at the beach/sea of Makry-Gialos. Serves snacks, beer, cocktails, tea, coffee etc. in very good prices. You can also enjoy all this when lying on their sunbeds at the beach, while you are sunbathing and relaxing.
