Αφού μου εξήγησαν τα παιδιά αναλυτικά για ποιο λόγο θα ήταν πεταμένα χρήματα, μου έδωσαν οδηγίες συντήρησης του αυτοκινήτου που σε προηγούμενο συνεργείο δεν μου ανέφεραν ποτέ, για λόγους τακτικής επίσκεψης. Πρωτόγνωρη εμπειρία για την εποχή μας. Με κέρδισαν σαν πελάτη γιατί παρόλο που δεν ήμουν γνωστός γνωστού, δεν με κοίταξαν στη τσέπη. Το εκτιμώ και θα τα πούμε σύντομα στο επόμενο τακτικό σέρβις. Καλές γιορτές με υγεία να έχετε!
I went to a diesel car to clean a dpf filter. After the children explained to me in detail why the money would be wasted, they gave me car maintenance instructions that I had never mentioned in a previous workshop, for reasons of regular visits. Unprecedented experience for our time. They won me over as a customer because even though I was not an acquaintance, they did not look me in the pocket. I appreciate it and we will tell you soon in the next regular service. Have a happy holiday with health!
